I have spent the past 20 years trying to 'Crack the Code' as it were- which I did, and now we
have opened our own Indian Takeaway in the center of Chorley Lancashire. It's from here that
we film all our 'Youtube' videos sharing many secrets of the Indian Restaurant/Takeaway Kitchens
which have been closely guarded for many years, but in recent years are now being made known.
